xup pips,i know some of you from nigeria might have tried to create a paypal account,but when it's time to choose your country,you don't see nigeria. iv'e done some researches, and i found out some dude from nigeria did a fraud with paypal,so paypal decided to remove nigeria from their site .tragic right?,but forget all that.all you have to do is click here click on the sign up link,choose your type of account,fill the form add your debit/credit card and you are good to go
